1.These Rules may be cited as the Rating Rules.
2.A notification of charge under section 19 of the Act shall be in the form in the Schedule.
3.The town clerk or treasurer, as the case may be, shall serve on the registered proprietor and (if he is not the same person) the rateable owner a copy of every notification of charge forthwith upon registration thereof.

NOTIFICATION OF CHARGE FOR RATES AND INTEREST
