RULING

The application dated 6^th May 2013 seeks review of the judgement dated 27^th May 2011. It is founded on Order 45 rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Rules. I have carefully gone through the said judgement and noted a litany of errors on the face of the record. It is only just that the said errors be corrected.

I hereby allow the application dated 6^th May 2013. The judgement dated 27^th May 2013 shall be reviewed in the manner proposed in annexture ‘CJ 1’ to the affidavit in support of the application, sworn on 6^th May 2013 by Clarence Jumba. Costs shall be in the cause.
