I have perused the original file. The Applicant was Sentenced to three (3) months Community Service placement for the offence of being drunk and disorderly. He had been treated as a first offender. The Sentence was harsh.
It is reviewed and reduced to the term he has already served. He is set at liberty unless otherwise lawfully held.
