i. The court agreed with Counsel that the Taxing Officer made an error in the assessment of Party & Party Costs payable as well as getting up fees. ii. The same as stated by Counsel for the applicant was rightfully assessed at Kshs. 214,400 as stated in the application.

1.The court has reviewed and considered the application dated 15th September, 2025 and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by counsel for the applicant. The Court has particularly noted paragraph 14 of the supporting affidavit and compared the depositions with Schedule 6B of the Advocates Remuneration Order, 2014 and agrees with Counsel that the Taxing Officer made an error in the assessment of Party & Party Costs payable as well as getting up fees.
2.The same as stated by Counsel for the applicant is hereby rightfully assessed at Kshs. 214,400 as stated in the application.
3.It is so ordered.
