1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Energy (Retail Facility Construction and Licensing) (Revocation) Regulations, 2025.

2. Revocation of L.N. No. 7 of 2014

The Energy (Retail Facility Construction and Licensing) Regulations, 2014, are revoked.

3. Savings and transition

A licence, certificate or permit issued under the revoked Regulations, shall be valid until the date specified in the licence, certificate or permit.
