1. SCitation
These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Survey and Certification) Regulations.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"Authority" means the Kenya Maritime Authority;"cargo ship", "passenger ship", "Safety Convention", and "tons" have the meanings given by section 2 of the Act.3. Application
