LEGAL NOTICE 548 OF 1997

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 (2) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance exempts from Income Tax, all income of the Kenya Wildlife Service from the provisions of the Act for a further period of five years with effect from the 1st January, 1997.
