IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 239 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1967, the Commissioner of Customs and Excise, Kenya, hereby appoints the officers named in the first column of the Schedule of this Notice to be receivers of wreck in the districts shown in relation to them in the second column of that Schedule.Legal Notice No. 102 of 1968 is cancelled.
