a. That the decision of this Tribunal rendered on 11 May 2017 is reviewed.
b. That the 2nd Respondent to forthwith issue a final certificate of nomination in reference to Kojwach Ward, Kasipul Constituency in Homabay County to Joan Ogada in line with the findings of ODM Homabay County Appeals Board of 28 April 2017.
c. That the certificate issued to Bernard Godo be and is hereby revoked.
d. That a notification issue to IEBC forthwith.
e. That each party will bear its own costs.
