1.The Plaintiff has filed an application dated 1st April, 2025 under a Certificate of Urgency. It seeks to reopen the case, though the matter is listed for a defence hearing today.
2.This will necessitate an adjournment. The Defendants indicate they wish to oppose the application.
3.In the circumstances, the hearing is adjourned at the instance of the Plaintiff who is to pay Court adjournment fees before the next date.
4.To progress the matter forward, the Notice of Motion dated 1st April, 2025 is to be disposed of by way of written submissions.
