Ruling
1.The probation sentence review report filed on 22/11/2024 by John Nyaucho is shoddy and does not take into account the victim of the offence views and attitude towards the offender. The report is rejected and expunged from the court record as it is one sided. It is not a competent report for consideration by this Court. The County Director of probation to induct the officer on how to prepare proper reports for filing in this court.
2.The offender will serve full sentence imposed as he has not refunded the complainant the huge sums of money stolen as ordered by the trial court.
