1.The convict is not suitable for noncustodial sentence in view of the serious offences that he committed, involving forgeries of documents allegedly authored by a public servant involving succession proceedings where the convict appointed self as the only heir to the estate of a deceased person.
2.Sentence review is declined. He will serve full sentence of three years imposed.
