The Applicant seeks order that he be released on bail pending Appeal. The application is not opposed by the Learned State Counsel and rightly so, I order that the Applicant be released on his own personal bond of Kshs.30,000/-. I will give reasons in my main Ruling on a later date on 19.9.2001.
