IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2015, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry declares the land specified in the Schedule to be a Special Economic Zone.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land known as Land Title Number West Karachuonyo/Riwa/173 measuring approximately two hundred and fourteen noughts sixty-five hectares (214.65 ha) situated in Rachuonyo North, Homa Bay County.
