IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2015, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry declares the land specified in the Schedule to be a Special Economic Zone.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land known as Land Title Number Kiine/Thigirichi/4042 measuring approximately one hundred and forty acres (140 acres) situated in Ndia Sub-County, Kirinyaga County.
