IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Regulation 54 of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Regulations, 2012, read together with Regulation 24(1) and (2) and section 24 of the Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration exempts the Nairobi Expressway class of expatriate persons (workers) with the Companies set out below namely:Cale Infrastructure Construction Company, Moja Express Company and China Road and Bridge Corporation from payment of work permit fees for a period of three (3) years from 1st July, 2022 to 30th June, 2025, both dates inclusive.
