DECLARATION OF SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry declares the land specified in the Schedule to be a Special Economic Zone.
 

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land situated in Trans Nzoia County measuring approximately 486 hectares (1,200 acres) with the following Title Deed Land Reference Numbers: 6106/1 measuring 206.39 ha (510 acres), 8138 measuring 8.09371 ha (20 acres), 7156/2 measuring 133.546 ha (330 acres) and 7993 measuring 137.593 ha (340 acres).
