IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development declares the land specified in the Schedule hereto to be an Export Processing Zone.

SCHEDULE

ALL THAT piece of land known as a Portion of L.R. No. Kiine/Rukanga/7446, measuring approximately 2.05 Hectare or thereabout, situate in Sagana, Kirinyaga County.
