1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Instruments (Exemption from Expiry) Regulations.

2. Extension of operation of statutory instruments

The operation of the statutory instruments set out in the first column of the Schedule that were made pursuant to the Acts specified in the second column thereto, that have a continuing purpose is extended for a period of twelve months with effect from the 24th day of January, 2023.
