THE CIVIL AVIATION (THE KENYA CIVIL AVIATION (APPLICATION) ORDER

1.This Order may be cited as the Kenya Civil Aviation (Application) Order, 2022.
2.The National Police Service Airwing aircraft is a state aircraft to which the provisions of the Kenya Civil Aviation Act, 2013, applies.
3.This Order shall be deemed to have effect from the 14th January, 2022, and shall cease to have effect upon revocation.
