IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15(1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development declares the land specified in the Schedule to be an export processing zone.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land and buildings on Land Title Numbers Kilifi/Mtwapa/5413, 5414, 4752, 5157, 940 and 2784 measuring approximately one decimal three four six four (1.3464) hectares situated within Mtwapa, Kilifi County.
