IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development declares the land specified in the Schedule to be an Export Processing Zone.

SCHEDULE

ALL THAT parcel of land known as a portion of a Warehouse situated on a building on Land Title No. Mombasa/Block/1/268 measuring approximately nought decimal one three (0.13) hectares, situated in Shimanzi Area, Mombasa County.
