IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Enterprise Development declares the land specified in the Schedule to be an Export Processing Zone.

SCHEDULE

ALL THAT parcel of land situate in Changamwe—Miritini in Mombasa County measuring approximately 10.30 acres or thereabout known as Plot Number MN/VI/678.
