1. Citation.
These Rules may be cited as the Public Health (COVID-19 Indoor Meetings) Rules.2. Interpretation.
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires—“convener” means the person who invites people to an indoor meeting;“County Director” means the County Director responsible for Public Health in a county;“COVID-19” means an infectious disease caused by coronavirus;“indoor meeting” means a gathering of people in a building for a public purpose; and“regulating officer” means the officer in charge of the police station in the area in which an indoor meeting is proposed to be held.3. Authorization to hold an indoor meeting.
