1.This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Kisii State Lodge) Order.
2.The area, place or premises described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the specified areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government.
3.For the purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Inspector-General of the National Police Service.

SCHEDULE

State Lodge, Kisii, within Kisii Town, Kisii County.
