IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development on the recommendation of Special Economic Zones Authority, declares the land specified in the following Schedule to be a Special Economic Zone.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land being title number L.R.No 30138 measuring 1674.1000 Hectares (4136 Acres) in Milhoi Area within Lamu County.
