IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Crops Act (Cap 318) the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives, declares the following crops as scheduled crops—
Achiote (Mrangi)Bixa Orellana;
SteviaStevia Rebudiana;
Oil PalmElaeis Guineensis; and
BambaraNuts Vigna Subterranean.
