1.This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order.
2.The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the specified areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government.
3.For purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Commissioner-General of the Kenya Revenue Authority.

SCHEDULE

The following Kenya Revenue Authority buildings
1.Times Tower, Kenya Revenue Authority Head Office situated on L.R. No. 209/11636, I.R. 57055
2.Times Tower, Kenya Revenue Authority Head Office situated on L.R. No. 209/8539, I.R. 37161
3.Any other premises where the Kenya Revenue Authority Offices are situated within the Republic of Kenya.
