1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Prohibition to Fly Unmanned Aircraft) Regulations, 2019.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —"unmanned aircraft" means an aircraft and its associated systems which are operated with no pilot on board; and"unmanned state aircraft" means aircraft used in military, customs or police services or any other State or civil registered unmanned aircraft at the time performing a state function and fully converted to offer services to heads of State, military service, customs, police or any other State officer, operated with no pilot on board.3. Prohibition to fly unmanned aircraft
4. Supercession
The provisions of these Regulations shall prevail in case of any inconsistency between these Regulations and any notice issued prior to the commencement of these Regulations.5. Revocation
These Regulations shall stand revoked upon the commencement of the Civil Aviation (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) Regulations made under section 82 of the Civil Aviation Act, 2013 (No. 21 of 2013).History of this document
