IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2015, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co-operatives, on recommendation of Special Economic Zones Authority, declares land with the GPS co-ordinates set out in the Schedule within: Plot Numbers Group V/1602, Group V/5, Group V/4, Group V/502, Group V/2064, LR 5018, Group V/2/1, Group V274, Group V502 and on Title Nos. CR No. 45611, 25250, 66112, 71222, 20664, and 20665 located within Kilifi County to be a Special Economic Zone.
