IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co-operatives, on recommendation of Special Economic Zones Authority, declares land with the GPS Co-ordinate within set out in the schedule L.R. No. 12860 and located within Kwale County to be a Special Economic Zone.
