1.This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order.
2.The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the specified areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government.
3.For the purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Governor of the Central Bank.

SCHEDULE

The following Central Bank of Kenya Buildings and Offices —
1.Central Bank of Kenya, Head Office situated on L.R No. 209/8185
2.Central Bank of Kenya, Mombasa Branch L.R No. Mombasa Block XXIV /112
3.Central Bank Kenya, Kisumu Branch L.R No. Kisumu Municipality Block 11/97.
4.Any other premises where the Central Bank of Kenya is situated within the Republic of Kenya.
