1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Land (Assessment of Just Compensation) Rules.2. Interpretation
In these Rules unless the context states otherwise requires—“market value” means the value of the land at the date of publication in the Gazette of the notice of intention to acquire the land.3. Factors to be considered in the assessment of compensation
