IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government grants permission to the Central Organization of Trade Unions to use the colours and adaptations of the National Flag of Kenya on the Central Organization of Trade Unions' trademark.
