IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (2) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization and Enterprise Development revokes the declaration of an export processing zone made in respect of all that parcel of land being title No. Loc. 20/Mirira/1562, measuring approximately 2.05 hectares or thereabouts situated in Murang'a County.
