1.This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (Partnership for Economic Policy) Order.
2.The Partnership for Economic Policy, in this Order referred to as "the Partnership", being a non-profit international organization with the primary objective of supporting developing countries in building local capacities in research and economic policy analysis in the Africa Region, is hereby declared to be an organization to which section II of the Act shall apply.
3.The Partnership shall have the privileges in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
4.Any person who is an employee of the Partnership shall, while residing in Kenya and performing duties in the service of the Partnership, have the privileges and immunities specified in paragraphs 1 to 7 of Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the Act:Provided that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to citizens of Kenya or to citizens or nationals of any country or to any person who is ordinarily resident in Kenya except solely for the purpose of being an employee of, and working exclusively for the Partnership.
