1. Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (mediation) Rules, 2015.2. Application of the Rules
3. Interpretation
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration Act (Cap. 49A);"Centre" means the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration established under section 4 of the Act; and"Registrar" means the Registrar of the Centre appointed under section 9 of the Act.4.
