1. Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Kenya National Examinations Council (Examination Fees and Other Charges) Rules.2. Interpretation
In these Rules unless the context otherwise requires—"examination fees" means a fee charged by the Council to a person registering for a Council examination."chargeable service" means a service other than examination offered by the Council at a fee;3. Charging of examination fees and other charges

6. Transfer fees
A candidate, who wishes to transfer from one examination centre to another, shall pay a transfer fee prescribed by the Council within sixty days after the close of registration7. Remarking fee
A candidate or an institution applying for remarking of the Council's examinations shall pay the prescribed examination remarking fees.8. Chargeable services
The Council shall from time to time determine chargeable services.History of this document
