IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15(2) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization and Enterprise Development revokes the declaration of an export processing zone, made under Legal Notice No. 13 of 2000 in relation to property L.R. No. 18474, to the extent of and in respect of the subdivision thereof being all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 18474/227 measuring approximately 21.790 hectares situated in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District.
