IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrization and Enterprise Development declares the land parcel specified in the Schedule hereto to be an Export Processing Zone.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land being title No. Mombasa/Block XL VIII/45 (Part) measuring approximately 9 acres or thereabout situated in Mombasa County.
