1.This order may be cited as the Standards Order.
2.Kenya Standards having been declared as set out in the first and second column of the schedule, no person shall manufacture or sell the commodities or use the methods and procedure on or after forty-two (42) days of the date of publication of this Order unless the commodities, methods or procedures comply with the requirements of the relevant Kenya Standard.
