1.This Order may be circd as the Protected Areas Order.
2.The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security.
3.For the purpose of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Chief Operations Manager of the Kenya Petroleum Refineries.
