IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 120 of the Traffic Act,The Cabinet Secretary responsible for Transport exempts the vehicles described by reference to their chassis number, make and type as set out in the Schedule, from the provisions of section 55 (2) of the Traftlc Act with effect from the 22nd March, 2013.
