IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act, the Cabinet Secretary of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security grants permission to the Postal Corporation of Kenya to use specified emblem, the specified likeness and adaptations of the National Flag of Kenya in the ceremonial stamp and to register the copyright over that stamp in accordance with section 22 of the Copyright Act (Cap. 130).
