1.This Order may be cited as the Exchequer and Audit (Exchange Risk Assumption Fund) (Revocation) Order, 2011.
2.The Exchange Risk Assumption Fund established under Legal Notice No. 14 of 1991 (LN 14 of 1991) is wound up.
3.Any amounts remaining in the Exchange Risk Assumption Fund shall be paid into the Exchequer Account.
4.The Exchequer and Audit (Exchange Risk Assumption Fund) Regulations, 1991 (LN 14 of 1991) are revoked.
