PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS—DELEGATION OF POWERS

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 157 (9) of the Constitution of Kenya, as read with section 31 (5) of the Sixth Schedule thereto (Transitional and Consequential Provisions), the Attorney-General orders that all powers vested in him by Article 157 (4) and (6) of the Constitution shall be exercised by the persons for the time being holding the offices specified in the Schedule, acting in accordance with his general or special instructions.
