IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Trade declares the land specified in the Schedule hereto to be an Export Processing Zone.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land being L.R. No. Ruiru/Township/241, measuring approximately 0.4882 hectare or thereabouts and L.R. No. Ruiru/Township/244 measuring approximately 0.7362 hectare of thereabouts, situated in Ruiru Township.
