1.This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (The Centre for African Family Studies (CAPS)) Order.
2.The Centre for African Family Studies (CAFS) in this Order referred to as "the Centre", being an organization with which the Government of Kenya has entered into an agreement, is declared to the an organization t0 which section 11 of the Act shall apply.
3.The Centre shall have the privileges and immunities specified in paragraphs 3 to 6 of Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
4.Any person who is an employee of the Centre shall, while residing in Kenya and performing duties in the service of the Centre, have the privileges and immunities specified in paragraphs 2 to 7 of Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the Act:Provided that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to employees of the Centre who are Kenya citizens or to any person who is permanently resident in Kenya.
