1.This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (The African Population Advisory Council (APAC)) Order.
2.The African Population Advisory Council (APAC), in this Order referred to as "the Council", being an organization with which the Government of Kenya has entered into an agreement, is declared to be an organization to which section 11 of the Act shall apply.
3.The Council shall have the privileges and immunities specified in paragraphs 3 to 6 of Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
4.Any person who is an employee of the Council shall, while residing in Kenya and performing duties in the service of the Council, have the privileges and immunities specified in paragraphs 2 to 7 of Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the Act:Provided that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to employees of the Council who are Kenya citizens or to any person who is permanently resident in Kenya.
