1.This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Regional Delegation for Eastern Africa) Order.
2.The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Regional Delegation for Eastern Africa, in this Order called the "the Delegation", being an agency with which the Government of Kenya has entered into an agreement for co-operation, is declared to be an organization to which section 11 of the Act shall apply.
3.The Delegation shall have the privileges and immunities specified in Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
4.Any person who is an employee of the Delegation shall, while residing in Kenya and performing duties in the service of the Delegation, have the Privileges and immunities set out in paragraphs 2 to 7 (inclusive) of Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.Provided that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to employees of the Delegation who are Kenya citizens and who are permanently resident in Kenya
